Dear State Government Employees Union President

They recently announced that they would pay state government employees a day's wage for Corona victims' relief, and had previously announced a similar compensation fund for the Kodagu relief fund.  The decision they made was not wrong in the humanitarian landscape.  But I feel that it is good for us to take note of certain things when making such decisions.  It is a well known fact that Yakandre has become the concentration of wealth in our country in the form of politicians, big businessmen, big industrialists and temples.

 1) Let’s get to the topic of politicians first.  In our country, 1 / 4th cent of wealth is concentrated in our politicians.  Yakandre understands the pay of our country's legislators and MPs.  The salary is plus ten allowances.  Our lawmakers and MPs receive tens of thousands of rupees as telephone allowance nowadays when unlimited calls are available across India for up to 84 days.  The salaries of our country's legislators and MPs are estimated at 2 to 3 lakh rupees per month, along with various allowances such as day allowance, health allowance, telephone allowance and travel allowance.  From whom do all these get paid?  From the taxes levied by the public.  Probably no employee in our country can get that much wage every month.  Wouldn't all these valid lawmakers and MPs pay their one month salary to the public?  Or would they not be the best politicians in the world if all the lawmakers and MPs of our country paid their one year salary for such things?  Why give only employees?

 2) Thousands of industrialists have provided employment to millions in our country.  He has assets worth thousands of crores.  No other tycoon has come forward to help the public except for Infosys sophomore Madame.  All those entrepreneurs are Kotadheeswara.  If they donate a portion of their assets for such work, won't they?  Why give only employees?

 3) There are tens of thousands of businessmen in our country too.  Wouldn't they also be willing to pay a fraction of their income for such work?

 4) Half of our country's assets are in temples.  Temples have enough money to ignite the poverty of our country.  Where did all the money come from in the temples?  Is that the same with the public?  Why, then, do the temple trustees and the temples trust committee sit and watch when such a disaster strikes the country?  Wouldn't that be the case if the public were to spend that money?  Why give only employees?

When there is a disaster like this in the country, we are not going to make one day's wage.  Swami has the perseverance of the employees in it.  Yakandre came to government employees mostly from poor families and middle class.  A handful of wealthy family.  What does a government employee get?  We are a government employee who has studied hard day and night and studied CET.  There are ten loans for employee bank loans, home loans and land loans.  So many employees and their caregivers are sick.  Many employees live in joint families.  There are up to ten unemployed people working in one of the few.  In a word, not all government employees are financially sound.  Only a handful of employees are fine.  We all know our net salary, no matter what our gross salary is.  So for what man should they decide on our one-day wages?  Don't make such a drastic decision when it comes to cutting our pay.  There are plenty of things that they should take note of.

For decades, state government employees have been fighting to get rid of the NPS.  Have you ever paid any attention to it?  For tens of years, state government employees have been without a transfer.  The employee is on one side and his family on the other.  Have you ever thought about them?  Have you ever thought about two or three months when SSA teachers find it difficult to get their family to pay for their wages?  There are a number of things that they thought of.  There are a number of problems that they have to solve.  So how good is our out-of-pocket one-day wage?  President, they are the president of the Employees Union.  Solve our problems first by persuading the government to leave dry prestige.  Isn't it their duty to protect the interests of Yakandre employees?
