COVID19 *Procedure for Passes:*

Travel within Karnataka:
For own car, apply on kspclearpass.idp.mygate.com. They will receive the permission upon clearance from police.

For public transport (KSRTC), they do not require pass. They can board a special bus at Majestic (depends on availability)

Travel outside Karnataka:
For own car, they can go to the ADGP (I&M) Wireless Office at Chinnaswamy Stadium and obtain passes

For rail transport, they need to register on Karnataka: https://sevasindhu.karnataka.gov.in/Sevasindhu/English. They will receive a message about the next train.

For Travel into Karnataka:
They can apply on Karnataka: https://sevasindhu.karnataka.gov.in/Sevasindhu/English. Plus, every state has its own similar portal for applying.
